This book is filled with amazing advice on what really matters in great customer experiences. And it’s not the things you would commonly think. Overall amazing book, with clear use cases, clear implementation tips and clear examples. It helps that I have a user-centered design background to more quickly turn some of the ideas into practice. But I’m sure anyone in Customer Success will be able to transform their organisation for the better with the advice in this book, if they’re willing to do so.
